This part of the course represents an analysis and explanation of the process related to particular issues regarding digitalisation in the field of economic and social rights and includes an analysis of certain rights, possible violations and improvement of the enjoyment of these rights, word trends and the future that awaits us. Technology should be used to unite and not to divide people. The digital transformation should contribute to a fair and inclusive society and economy in the EU.
